• What is the delivery time?
  If you order before 3:00 PM, you'll receive your order the next business day. You don't even have to be home to receive it, as our paint-by-number kits fit through your mailbox.
  
  
• Does the canvas come with a frame?
  The canvas is delivered unframed. We deliberately choose this option to give our customers peace of mind, so they don't necessarily have to be home to receive their order. It's also because our customers use the paintings for a variety of purposes. Some stretch the canvas to hang it on the wall, others prefer a picture frame with glass to display it in, and some keep their painted canvases in a folder. This allows you to decide for yourself what you ultimately want to do with the painting.
  In addition, many of our customers actually enjoy painting a loose canvas.

• How do I get the creases out?
  You can easily remove the creases by turning the canvas over (with the squares facing down) on an ironing board, placing a tea towel over it and ironing at a low temperature.
  It is also possible to place some heavy books on the canvas and leave them there overnight.
  
  
• How do I store the paint?
  It's best to close each jar tightly immediately after use to prevent it from drying out. If you notice the paint has become too thick or a bit dry over time, feel free to add 1 or 2 drops of water and stir well. You can also use Flow Improver, which we'll soon be offering in our webshop.
